I found each and every word of Bhandariji to be true, .... Its sad and it hurts to hear the truth, but that's the Reality of my country India... and regarding the the border issue the best question to ask would be that "which population of the world would like to stay deprived from progress for decades due to stupid curroption and mean politics ???" Had I been from a border state bordering China, the first thing I would have want to be, is to be a part of a progressive nation where I can comfortablely take care of my basic human needs of food, clothing, shelter, social welfare, and societal progress.

I somewhat disagree, it's the fault of British style democracy IE First Past The Post that lets demagogues like Modi and the BJP to pander to a minority of Hindu fascists and have complete control of the country. Not only that, if Pakistan was never split off, there's no way a kleptocrat like Modi could have ever won in such a country. If India's voting system wasn't so antiquated and was proportional instead, then it would be harder for demagogues to just sell hatred and scapegoating, they'd actually have to try harder to earn people's votes to remain in power.

Well, Islam intrinsically believes in the equal value of all mankind, because all human life is created by Allah. In contrast, the Hindu text Rigveda explains quite clearly that they DON'T believe mankind was created equal. That difference in mindset is probably what gave Indian Muslims their backbone to rebel against what they considered unjust situations of inequality that were fostered through colonialism, whereas Hindus would accept it as the karmic punishment they must endure as part of being from the lower caste that they were born into due to wrongdoings in past lives.

India should know that the China/India border issue is created by British colonialism. British occupied both Indian and Chinese land, and drawn the territories into the British Empire. There should be no shame for India to sit down and negotiate wit China to settle th border issue based on history prior to the British occupation.

I have been to India and I agree with your assessment of India. It's a rude reality but most Indians will find hard to accept them. Electing "a tea salesman" to lead a nation without experience in politic and knowledge is a recipe for disaster.

Whilst every country acts in its own national interests, India has repeatedly shown itself to be shortsighted and insular when it comes to BRICS and emergence of the global south as a power bloc while western hegemony is on the decline. Basic toiletries like harpic for cleaning toilets, phenyl for cleaning floors, and some high-quality bath soap cost Indians a lot of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Which poor Indians cannot afford. Anyway, thanks to the corrupt, incompetent bureaucratic system and government. However, it is not entirely justified to blame the bureaucrats because a task that calls for a thousand people may be handled by one person.
Regardless, Jayant is absolutely correct regarding the demagoguery of the Indian government.

Whatever Jayant Bhandari exposes about India, seems to be right on the spot. Indeed, India should align with the Chinese ideology and uplift its 1.5 Billion people. Chinese have really struggle to tune it to make it work for their own population. It should work the same. I know that Indian can be hard worker too. But this cast system is moving toward the neo-liberal capitalist system which carve more inequalities in a country that is poor. Indian are too proud to ask for help from China, but China would more than willingly trade freely with its neighbor, like it used to be back during the silk road era. Together with Russia, China and Iran, they would become strong enough to free themselves from the financial US orbit without consequence from US sanctions. India just does not have faith in their economic development. Unfortunately the US will not be able to lend them a hand.
Otherwise Bhandari seems to be a good person. Only a good person is disgusted by Trump's statement to grab Gaza. However I think he has a simplistic view about the world offloading from the US. He should know that the West has ethnically cleaned, enslaved, dominated and vampirized so many developing countries that in my view it's just heaven's retribution that we suffer this wave of refugees from our 'backyards." I think that in a year or so, he'll come to the sad reality that his endorsing Trump will fall short of expectations. Trump is still a TV showman who craves being adorned by the crowd. He totally lacks geopolitics understanding, but delegates this subject to incompetent people who dare not contradicting him. He cannot be bribed because money is not his issue, However, flattery will get you on his side. You need to give him credit from all your hard work, success and glories. In my view, I believe that Trump has an inferiority complex from an intellectual standpoint, which explains his erratic behavior.

Caste occurred naturally in all society, in ancient time. It is not a western import. Most societies have weaned themselves out of it. Only in India, it is strictly kept, as a way of controlling the masses. For the sake of control, education is kept out of reach. That is why India is kept ancient. That was a great talk. Jayant tells the child hard truths. Many of us in SE Asia knows very well actually about those things. But I'm really glad to hear that you would like to teach in China. I really hope to hear the good news from you one of these days that you'll be moving to China soon because it's the place to be now. India should know that the China/India border issue is created by British colonialism. British occupied both Indian and Chinese land, and drawn the territories into the British Empire. There should be no shame for India to sit down and negotiate wit China to settle th border issue based on history prior to the British occupation.

I have been to India and I agree with your assessment of India. It's a rude reality but most Indians will find hard to accept them. Electing "a tea salesman" to lead a nation without experience in politic and knowledge is a recipe for disaster.

I think Praveen Sawhney was a guest on this channel. He is a very respected military analyst. He is so much respected for his knowledge that he used to be invited by China Military Commission to address them. However the Indian government never recognizes his scholarship.

Whilst every country acts in its own national interests, India has repeatedly shown itself to be shortsighted and insular when it comes to BRICS and emergence of the global south as a power bloc while western hegemony is on the decline. India can cling on to it's old colonial masters, the rest will move on without them.

Basic toiletries like harpic for cleaning toilets, phenyl for cleaning floors, and some high-quality bath soap cost Indians a lot of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Which poor Indians cannot afford. Anyway, thanks to the corrupt, incompetent bureaucratic system and government. However, it is not entirely justified to blame the bureaucrats because a task that calls for a thousand people may be handled by one person.
Regardless, Jayant is absolutely correct regarding the demagoguery of the Indian government.

Whenever there is a voting in UN or UNSC, India abstains from voting. They do not have the moral courage/compass to make a stand and the only time they vote in favor of something, is when they have something to gain out of it. It's is good that they are never granted the UNSC permanent seat.��

4:10 back office of China is not a good expresion, let us be more mature than that. india should make friend with China and sort out its borders. it is not worth fighting over that land, give and take and come to an agreement. make kashmir a country then the whole region can grow together and will become envy of the world. you will become so prosperous and wealthy that you could buy up manhattan and london and mines in greenland. for that you need foresight and an end to pettiness look at the bigger picture. usa will die of envy. you would not need usa or europe since you have enough population to grow and thrive. let usa and europe go back to the dark ages before the arrival of arabs to europe.

Whatever Jayant Bhandari exposes about India, seems to be right on the spot. Indeed, India should align with the Chinese ideology and uplift its 1.5 Billion people. Chinese have really struggle to tune it to make it work for their own population. It should work the same. I know that Indian can be hard worker too. But this cast system is moving toward the neo-liberal capitalist system which carve more inequalities in a country that is poor. Indian are too proud to ask for help from China, but China would more than willingly trade freely with its neighbor, like it used to be back during the silk road era. Together with Russia, China and Iran, they would become strong enough to free themselves from the financial US orbit without consequence from US sanctions. India just does not have faith in their economic development. Unfortunately the US will not be able to lend them a hand.
Otherwise Bhandari seems to be a good person. Only a good person is disgusted by Trump's statement to grab Gaza. However I think he has a simplistic view about the world offloading from the US. He should know that the West has ethnically cleaned, enslaved, dominated and vampirized so many developing countries that in my view it's just heaven's retribution that we suffer this wave of refugees from our 'backyards." I think that in a year or so, he'll come to the sad reality that his endorsing Trump will fall short of expectations. Trump is still a TV showman who craves being adorned by the crowd. He totally lacks geopolitics understanding, but delegates this subject to incompetent people who dare not contradicting him. He cannot be bribed because money is not his issue, However, flattery will get you on his side. You need to give him credit from all your hard work, success and glories. In my view, I believe that Trump has an inferiority complex from an intellectual standpoint, which explains his erratic behavior.

Caste occurred naturally in all society, in ancient time. It is not a western import. Most societies have weaned themselves out of it. Only in India, it is strictly kept, as a way of controlling the masses. For the sake of control, education is kept out of reach. That is why India is kept ancient. Thus, only way for india to be a superpower is the old way- capture more lands and slaves. India wants Tibet, Yunan, Singapore, Indonesia etc in its "Akhand Bharat" Greater India empire.
